Pavilion Reservation FAQs
Which parks have pavilions available to reserve?
Georgetown Township reserves the pavilions at 8th Avenue Community Park and Maplewood Park only. Rosewood Park is not available to reserve.
When can reservations be made?
Reservations are only available during summer; starting on Memorial Day and the last day to reserve is Labor Day. Please check the calendars to see what dates are available:
How much does a reservation cost?
Reservation fees are charged per block of time and are higher prices for non-residents. There are two blocks of time available per day at each park:
- Block A is 11:00 am - 3:00 pm - Please Note: If you are reserving Block A, you must have the pavilion cleaned and ready for the next renter by 3:00 pm.
- Block B is 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Pricing is as follows:
- One block of time is $75 for Residents
- Both blocks of time are $150 for Residents
- One block of time is $175 for Non-Residents
- Both blocks of time are $350 for Non-Residents
Please be mindful that non-residents are charged a fee to get into 8th Avenue Community Park. The fee is $5.00 per adult, and $3.00 per child. This charge still applies to any non-resident guests of your event. Entry fees can only be by debit/credit card. Cash and checks are not accepted.
How do I secure a reservation?
The Township requires three pieces of information to be submitted to secure a reservation:
- The Park Pavilion Rental Request & Agreement completed and submitted. You can also print the form and fill it out to submit in person at our offices.
- A copy of the renter's driver's license submitted.
- The rental fee paid.
It is easiest to come into the Township office to submit all items, however reservations can be done remotely. Click here to fill out the online reservation application. We will process your request and contact you via phone or email for payment. Please be mindful that debit/credit cards incur a 3% processing fee.
