    Everyone knows that fresh vegetables are a great addition to your diet, but they can seem like so much work. And, let's face it, many of us don't like them that much. Learn how to make fast, easy vegetable dishes that are also delicious. Often it isn't the vegetables that we don't like, but they way they are cooked. This class will focus on simple veggie recipes that can be cooked on a grill for excellent summer side dishes, or the same recipes can be made in an oven when the weather sends us inside.

    Submit your photos of your pets with books to be entered into our contest! To qualify, photos must include at least one pet and one book (more are welcome). One entry allowed per person. Entries can be submitted via email to jenbn@llcoop.org or in print at the library. Please include your name, your pet's name, and a phone number with your entry. Entries will be accepted August 1-25. Voting will take place August 27-31.

  5. Make It Mondays (for Adults): Jewelry-Making
