Motion: To adopt the staff report as finding of fact and to approve the resolution as recommended by the Planning Commission.

(PUD2201) (REZ2203) (Ordinance No. 2022-03) Gleneagle PUD is requesting approval of a revised preliminary development plan and one final development plan, to change the two 2-unit condominiums to one 4-unit townhome in the Gleneagle Killbride phase, which amends the current PUD requirements, on a parcel of land described as P.P. # 70-14-26-400-059, located at 5923 8th Ave., Georgetown Township, Ottawa County, Michigan.
Motion: To adopt the staff report as finding of fact and to approve the resolution as recommended by the Planning Commission.

Award Bauer Road Pump Station Metering Improvements
Motion: to award the Bauer Road Pump Station Metering Improvements project to Jackson-Merkey Contractors, Inc., with the low bid of $678,829.00, and the project being paid for utilizing a portion of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds that the Township has received.

Motion: to award the Pump Station Metering Improvements project to Kamminga & Roodvoets, Inc., with the low bid of $740,000.00, and the project being paid for utilizing a portion of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds that the Township has received.

Superintendent Contract
Motion: to approve the Superintendent contract for Robert Blitchok, as recommended by the Finance Committee.

Appoint Interim Superintendent
Motion: to appoint Rod Weersing to serve as Interim Superintendent, from the retirement date of Dan Carlton, the current Superintendent, April 1, 2022, until the start date of Rob Blitchok, the new Superintendent, as recommended by the Finance Committee.
