Motion:     to approve the bid of $8,223.00, from Grand Valley Automation, Inc., for the installation of exterior cameras to the north side of the Township Office Building, as recommended by the Finance Committee.

Gravel Road Dust Control Bid Package 2022-2024


Motion:     to award the Gravel Road Dust Control 2022-2024 to SWB Enterprises as the low bidder, as recommended by the Finance Committee.

Senior Transportation Rates


Motion:     to approve the increase of the Senior Transportation Rates, as recommended by the Finance Committee.

9.

(REZ2204) (Ordinance 2022-04) To change from Rural Residential (RR) to Low Density Residential (LDR) a parcel of land described as P.P. # 70-14-04-100-026, located at 9381 28th Ave., Georgetown Township, Ottawa County, Michigan.


Motion:     To adopt the staff report as finding of fact and to approve the resolution as recommended by the Planning Commission.

10.

(PUD2201) (REZ2203) (Ordinance No. 2022-03) Gleneagle PUD is requesting approval of a revised preliminary development plan and one final development plan, to change the two 2-unit condominiums to one 4-unit townhome in the Gleneagle Killbride phase, which amends the current PUD requirements, on a parcel of land described as P.P. # 70-14-26-400-059, located at 5923 8th Ave., Georgetown Township, Ottawa County, Michigan.


Motion:     To adopt the staff report as finding of fact and to approve the resolution as recommended by the Planning Commission.

11.

Replace Camera System NVRs At Rosewood And 8th Avenue Parks


Motion:           to approve the purchase of replacement camera system NVRs for Rosewood Park and 8th Ave Park, as recommended by the Services Committee.

12.

Saturday Slip-n-Slide


Motion:           to authorize the Assistant Superintendent to sign the Park Use Permit and Agreement for the Saturday Slip-n-Slide to take place at Rosewood Park on Saturday, August 13, 2022, as recommended by the Services Committee.

13.

Award Bauer Road Pump Station Metering Improvements


Motion:     to award the Bauer Road Pump Station Metering Improvements project to Jackson-Merkey Contractors, Inc., with the low bid of $678,829.00, and the project being paid for utilizing a portion of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds that the Township has received.

14.

Award Pump Station Metering Improvements


Motion:     to award the Pump Station Metering Improvements project to Kamminga & Roodvoets, Inc., with the low bid of $740,000.00, and the project being paid for utilizing a portion of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds that the Township has received.

15.

Superintendent Contract


Motion:     to approve the Superintendent contract for Robert Blitchok, as recommended by the Finance Committee.

16.

Appoint Interim Superintendent


Motion:     to appoint Rod Weersing to serve as Interim Superintendent, from the retirement date of Dan Carlton, the current Superintendent, April 1, 2022, until the start date of Rob Blitchok, the new Superintendent, as recommended by the Finance Committee.
