1. The new Baldor Generator has been received and is being outfitted to operate our Sewer Lift Stations. Both generators operate the same to reduce confusion and also to add to our reliability in the event of power outages.

3. A new Dell Laptop Computer and PDA have been purchased for the sewer department. This will be a great asset in the operation and maintenance of our 19 Sewer Lift Stations, as well as our staking of water and sewer responsibilities.
4. After 13 years our meter change out program has been completed and all our meters are now updated and reading much more accurately, hence greater revenue.
5. The pump bearings were replaced at the GT6 (Baldwin Booster Station) and is now operating properly.
6. Our Water/Sewer Township specification book is being updated with the latest revisions. This book will be placed on line so as to be accessible to all contractors with the latest revisions.
7. Our cross connection program is continuing on. The goal is to eliminate all possible health hazards to our water system. We make approximately 200 inspections per year. Violations found will be corrected and recorded.
