Water/Sewer Committee Minutes

36th Ave water main cost sharing request (East brook Builders)

The committee reviewed the request by Eastbrook builders for cost sharing for future 36^th Ave. water main. No recommendation was made at this time.

Proposal for deferred comp. carrier.

The committee reviewed a proposal for the townships 457 deferred comp plan. The committee recommends that we review other possible providers before making a recommendation.

Ice Arena vender space

The committee reviewed the idea of proving space for venders to rent at the Ice Arena. The chair will contact possible providers to see if interest exists.

Sunset manor request for refund of assessments.

The committee denies the request by Sunset manor to refund assessments, because the property is being used for density mitigation on other parcels.

Proposed new policies

The committee recommends the adoption of the Bid and Quotation Policy.
